The US will deny technology, weaponize dependencies, incite civil unrest and wage proxy wars long before India has a realistic shot at becoming a $25-30 trillion economy. Even at 50% of the US’ GDP, an India of that size would be a de facto competitor of the US.
If the Indus Waters Treaty, signed in 1960, was a vital instrument of regional peace, stability, and cooperation, how come Pakistan initiated the 1965 war, the war in 1971 took place.
Pakistan has discarded the 1972 Simla Agreement.
In the 1990s Pakistan made terrorism an instrument of state policy.
Mumbai and several other terror attacks, even against the Indian parliament, were sponsored.
The Kargil aggression occurred after Vajpayee made the Lahore visit.
Army Chief Munir openly talks of irreconcilable differences between Hindus and Muslims in saying that their "religion, customs, traditions, thoughts, and ambitions" are entirely different.
Teror can be used as a weapon but “shared waters must never be weaponized.”
Other bridges, including trade, can be broken, but water “ must remain a bridge between nations”.
Even under the IWT Pakistan did all it could to complicate and delay Indian run of the river projects permitted by the IWT on rivers allotted to Pakistan.
@MIshaqDar50
@theashramCH Awesome work.
Stating that Panini is a Pakistani is similar to stating that Homer and Herodotus were Turkish (born in present day Türkiye)
Megasthenes (c. 300 BCE) recorded in his *Indica* (via fragments in Pliny & Solinus) that Indians counted 153 kings from Bacchus/Dionysus to Chandragupta over 6,451 years + 3 months. This reflects their traditional/Puranic chronology of legendary kings, not his personal sighting of a 6,400-year-old living civilization.
It aligns with deep Indian historical memory. Archaeology confirms continuous roots: Mehrgarh settlements ~7000 BCE and the Early Harappan yogic painting from Kalibangan (~3200–2800 BCE) you referenced, showing yoga-like practices already present ~5,000 years ago.
This may be partly true - but it was the same "dead white men" who invented the oppressor-oppressed framework to justify their "civilising mission" to India.
Funny how history repeats itself-- think EIC
India is unable to change its administrative system based on woke-inspired quotas to let its own universities reach world rankings. (It has none in global- 100 or even Asia-50).
Foreign universities will operate outside of the Indian quota regime, focus on merit, and will soon get the best students

What strikes me as genuinely odd about the Dravidian movement is this: it is the only major ideological force in India so single-mindedly fixated on language as the core of identity, yet it has done remarkably little to actually promote that language in any substantive, forward-looking way. For a movement built on linguistic pride and fierce opposition to the “dominant” language of its north, one would naturally expect a robust ecosystem of promotion ; like equivalents of the Alliance Française for French or the Goethe-Institut for German scattered across India and ideally beyond. Think dedicated centers teaching Tamil, funding translations of world literature into Tamil, and Tamil literature into world languages, supporting original scholarship, scientific writing, and modern intellectual production in the very tongue they claim to hold sacred. Even Italy maintains the Istituto Italiano di Cultura in major capitals, including Delhi. They pour resources into keeping their languages alive and prestigious globally.
Yet for Tamil, such systematic, ambitious outreach is conspicuously absent. What exists is mostly defensive: resistance to Hindi, a two-language policy at home, and just endless rhetoric on Tamil’s antiquity. There is little proactive machinery to make Tamil a living medium of contemporary knowledge or global cultural exchange. Even more telling is the everyday reality. Many prominent voices in the movement today navigate public life in Tamglish. When pressed on why deeper investment in Tamil hasn’t materialized, the response often slides into randi rona about taxes, neglect of funding from the centre. Even France and Germany contribute to the European Union and share a currency; that has not stopped them from vigorously promoting their own languages and cultures. Funding is never the whole story, priorities are.
The movement has long accused Brahmins of divided loyalty, allegedly prizing Sanskrit above Tamil and treating the latter as inferior. This charge sits uneasily with historical reality. The same Brahmin communities played a significant role in preserving and rediscovering ancient Tamil texts. Colonial-era Tamil scholars, including notable Brahmin figures like U.V. Swaminatha Aiyar, were instrumental in bringing these treasures back into the light. Tamil Brahmins kept Tamil alive in religious and liturgical contexts for centuries. To frame them as perpetual outsiders with contempt for Tamil is completely baseless.
The contrast with the movement’s warmth toward Muslims is equally striking. If one asks a practicing Muslim what constitutes their sacred and liturgical language, the answer is unambiguously Arabic, the language of the Quran and core Islamic tradition. Atleast the Persian language held elevated status in Islamic cultural sphere and even Turkish, to some extent, in the Islamic imperial sphere. But Tamil has no foundational or privileged place in any of classical Islamic theology or liturgy. Yet Dravidian politics has often extended notable political affinity toward Muslim communities while directing sharp antagonism elsewhere. This hypocrisy is just too hard for me to dismiss.
Language matters profoundly. It deserves preservation and active cultivation. But a language is ultimately an instrument for expressing ideas, worldviews, religious sensibilities, cultural depth, and new knowledge. There is little lasting value in a scenario where everyone speaks flawless, chaste Tamil while the underlying conceptual framework - religious, philosophical, scientific, or social - remains entirely borrowed from Western or Middle-Eastern traditions whose formative histories have little organic connection to the Tamil people. (To be continued) …..
@myzccc We prioritize brotherly countries like Greece and Cyprus. We will not sell Brahmos and LRSAM to Turkey , which is in maritime disputes with Greece and Cyprus

USAID spent 21m dollars to "elect someone else" in India by "increasing voter turnout." We all know what this means and what was tried in 2024.
Trump is talking about the GLISCO-DS which USAID had been made a part of. The same DS that removed him in 2020.
Needed clarification to scotch further speculation and narrative building.
These Track 2 dialogues have no value according to FS.
Hope this will register with Indian participants.
Track 2 helps Pakistan to side-track core issues of concern to India.
You have posted nothing about the 250,000 children raped by Muslim gangs in the UK, in the real world.
But you are outraged at Elon Musk for sharing a work of fiction about justice against violent criminals.
Your morality is inverted and demonic.
Blunt takedown by Foreign Secretary:
“India does not take cognisance of so-called Track-2 India-Pakistan events as they have no value and do not matter.”
On being asked about the so-called Track-2 India-Pakistan dialogue in Colombo, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri tells media at Victoria, Seychelles:
"I have seen the reports. I am aware of them. Dozens of these kinds of events take place in dozens of places around the world on a whole variety of subjects. There's nothing new, nothing special about these events.
As far as we are concerned, these are private events organised by private parties. There is nothing official about them. I cannot speak for the government of Pakistan, but as far as the Government of India is concerned, there is no official participation, no official support or involvement, in these visits.
Anybody from India who is participating in these events, whether it is retired diplomats, retired military officials, members of civil society, when they participate in such events, they speak for themselves and they represent their own point of view. They do not in any way, they cannot in any way represent the view of the government of India.
We really take no cognisance of these events. They really don't hold much value, as far as we are concerned.”

Dhurandhar Citizen Vigilante 🔥🔥
Yusuf Abdul Idris and his friends raped a 14 year old girl.
Even worse, his family justifies their actions on social media by blaming the victim’s clothing.
Court set them free because “every sinner has a future”
The vigilante sends them straight to hell.
Thanks to Germany for banning it. Otherwise, i would never have known about this.
He’s lying. It isn’t his “universal values” at work here. Ask him why he attends the Pakistan Independence Day celebrations in Brooklyn year after year while boycotting Israel Day events. Pakistan is an actual one-religion ethnostate by law (unlike Israel, btw).
