It's OK for men to open up and show vulnerability, even when we persevere in the face of adversity. There will be those who mock us for it and/or show their double standards, especially from those who only claim to support men's mental health without showing it.
But know that you still matter, even when others don't see it. Look at me, I'm trying to maintain a balance between my IRL job and working on my passions outside of it. The job is physically and creatively draining at times (I nap after my shifts are done), but when I have something big going on, I still strut onwards to my goals.
Know that you're not alone in what you're facing. Open up truthfully and never give up on yourself. You are still loved. Keep on keeping on!
Tom Kane was such a wonderful human and I'm honored to have called him a friend. We did many events together and had some great conversation over dinners. His loss will be deeply felt. Much love and prayers for his family and friends❤️
‘The Powerpuff Girls’ creator Craig McCracken has posted a touching tribute to Tom Kane along with an illustration of Professor Utonium and Mr. Harriman:
“I grew up without a dad, so it was important to me that the girls had the best one I could give them and that was Tom.”
Rest in peace Tom Kane.
No one could deliver such warmth and soul playing a wonderful dad like Professor without himself being a gentle patriarch.
The outpouring of love for him I saw in this trend truly proved that he touched the hearts of millions.
What a legacy.
I should not have been surprised that Mixtape - the game slated to win many "awards" and is given a perfect 10/10 from IGN...
Was a nepo baby's pet project. Specifically Megan Ellison's pet project.
Daughter of "everyone will be on their best behaviour because we will be watching everyone" Co-Founder of Oracle, Larry Ellison.
This actually explains a lot if it does turn out the whole thing is astroturfed...which imo its not impossible.
Many had raised eyebrows on why Game journos call it "perfect" and even BAFTA glazed it so vigorously. Again as the saying goes, everything has an explanation, a cause and effect.
I am willing to guess multiple "critics" got paid a pretty attractive sum for that perfect score. Who needs organic appeal and popularity with the masses when you can just pay for manufactured popularity?
The Boys was great when it was a parody of superhero cliches, but along the way like everything else it became a vehicle for activists to spew their political beliefs
And now it’s shit like everything else that does the exact same thing
I'm not MAGA in any regard, but this show got far too lost in the sauce trying to satirize ongoing politic topics without having much of substance to say like Homelander just doing whatever Trump does and it's kinda suffered for it ever since Season 4
Maybe don’t sabotage your entire show for the sake of a quick shower argument about current year politics that nobody’s gonna care about in five years time
PLEASE RT!!!!
It seems Emboldened Crunchyroll Localizers Took Aim at Otakus/Weebs in The Klutzy Class Monitor and the Girl with the Short Skirt Anime English Dub
@zkurishi There's more info on Dragon Baby, the co-founder runs an exclusive localization community. Please help spread the word in Japan.

Dragon Baby is the company responsible for this horrible localization. They refer to the companies they work with as "sacrifices." They know exactly what they're doing to Japanese media & should never be allowed to work on any of it ever again.
If Japanese companies added strict penalties to localization contracts for bad-faith translation or political messaging, we could finally stop the terrible English localizations that keep ruining anime and games.
This is the kind of protection Japanese creators actually need.
