This service is actually great when done right. My apartment complex is very strict on when trash gets put out, fail to follow those rules, then you get fined, and those fines are not cheap. And the service is optional, so if you dont want it, you dont have to get it. Complexes need to be better about how they approach this service.

unpopular opinion but I actually despise valet trash in apartments. sitting trash by your door for hours waiting to get picked up is gross. then ppl wonder why these “luxury”
apartments have roaches everywhere.
