@harleyf big Shopify believer and run multiple brands on it. Currently dealing with a $244K payout hold from an internal team that has NEVER contacted us. I've contacted Shopify Support multiple times and am getting nowhere. This is business critical for us. Would really appreciate any help getting eyes on this.
@toostupidtolose @ashvinmelwani 2x roughly, - for context. This went from <5% of spend to 90% of spend - there is no justifiable reason for this other than meta being a pos ad platform (that we all unfortunately rely on)
