Dear @bookmyshow@fafsters - so I'd booked 6 tickets for John Mayer (early bird - Rupay). Now, I want to retain three tickets and cancel three - this is obviously because the show date has been moved etc. so not my fault at all 1/4
@ishoeeee@bookmyshow I've got the exact same issue; I don't expect a response from @bookmyshow , but I'm happy to take them to court for unfair practices. It's probably the only way.
Therefore, I would very much like to: retain three tickets or be allowed to re-book 3 at my original price AND not be told to respond by "end of the day" for no reason - I'm guessing Janvi was hoping I wouldn't read my email on time. Terrible customer service and behaviour. 4/4

On top of that, Janvi from customer support, writes in a mildly threatening manner (in her response at 4:01PM) that tickets will be "retained automatically" if i don't respond by "end of the day" - your own comment on Instagram mentions I can write in until 22nd Jan 3/4
@LiveFromALounge@kapoortej the thing with this specific property is also that it’s super cheap to book through MB points, so the revenue rate isn’t necessarily an accurate indicator. Again, for this specific property.
@peeleraja@bookingcom@bookingcom has become shady. I booked a London property, who then sent strange messages to me so I flagged it. Instead of acknowledging my concern, they kept saying “don’t worry, your booking is confirmed”, to just cancelling my booking 2 minutes later. And then poof; nothing.
@_Schnapped I’m guessing you’re referring to the annual cost; if so, yes, it does cost that much. You could look at @VyaparApp as well, though I have personally not used it. Seems to be more reasonably priced at 4k/year.
@TDogra Get the Amex Platinum Travel if your annual spends on CCs is in the region of Rs. 4L. For above that, get the HDFC DB. You've missed the Axis game, so pointless to look there. ICICI has crap offerings, except the collab Amazon card, which is passable for what it does.
