Thank you to Google co-founder Sergey Brin
and his girlfriend, Gerelyn Gilbert-Soto, who wore the Lion and Sun at the Met Gala last night. This is a powerful act of solidarity with the Iranian people and the cause of a free Iran.
Whether or not Europe stands with us, whether or not your journalists do their jobs, whether or not your politicians demonstrate the courage to act, I will fight for my people and my country.
It's our responsibility to make the demands of the people of #Iran heard at negotiations between the #US and the Iranian regime: Release political prisoners, stop executions, open internet, stop repression.

The United Kingdom has endlessly appeased the criminal regime in Iran. The Prime Minister speaks of protecting the innocent civilians of Iran but failed to act to help stop the regime’s massacre of 40,000 innocent Iranians in January.
Only an end to this regime - that brings terror to Britain’s own shores - will yield lasting peace and regional stability. Keir Starmer should follow in the footsteps of Churchill, not Chamberlain. He should support the Iranian people’s fight for liberty.
The Iranian people will remember who stood with them in their hour of need and who stood against them. There is still time for the Government to change course: prosecute the IRGC that slaughters innocents, expel the illegitimate regime's ambassador, and act to support the people of Iran.
For all those who, with hypocrisy, now pretend to care and ask why the United States and Israel are "killing" Iranians:
Iranians have always been, and still are, the sole victims of the bloodthirsty Islamic Republic regime.
This eighteen-year-old boy, whose only “crime” was participating in protests against the Islamic Republic, was executed today—and the world remains silent. Do you know why? Because the only concern of today’s hypocritical and deceitful world is opposing Israel and the United States.
Even today, as my Tehran, my Iran, is under heavy bombardment, every bomb that falls and every destruction that occurs is solely the responsibility of the Islamic Republic, which spent the wealth of the great Iranian nation on building missiles and nuclear weapons for the destruction of the West and Western civilization—not the fault of the United States or Israel.
I hope that the beautiful country of Iran and its great people will soon be freed from the grip of these ayatollahs.
We neither forgive nor forget.
RIP my son 💔

The world is truly upside down! The Washington Post has published a brilliant article, written by, get this, a professor! To give you some flavor, here are a few choice lines by @jmurtazashvili:
1) "We are living through the first alt-war: a conflict in which the war fought online and the war fought in reality have diverged so completely that they might as well be happening on different planets. It’s not that people lack information, it’s more that they are constructing an entirely different alternate reality — one that confirms what they already believe."
2) "What worries me more than the fake videos are the people who cannot fathom that this war is going well for the United States, for Israel and maybe even for the long-suffering people of Iran. The strategic picture is more favorable than the online narrative suggests."
3) "Two weeks into the war, I watch otherwise reasonable analysts sprint to catastrophe. Former officials, thinktank scholars, credentialed professionals who are supposed to know how to read a conflict. Within days they had written the obituary: quagmire, overreach, disaster."
4) "The liberal internationalist left and the isolationist right — two camps that have agreed on almost nothing for decades — have suddenly found themselves in lockstep, racing to declare the war a failure before it had barely begun. This is the new blob: not the old foreign-policy establishment that the term originally described but a new amalgamation that has arrived at the same conclusion from opposite directions. Together they are the most powerful engine of the alt-war."
The truth. In the mainstream media. By a professor. And written well. Four things I thought I'd never see again in my lifetime.
For past 27 days internet is completely shut off for all Iranians. But a selected regime backed group granted access via “white SIM cards” just to spread propaganda.
It’s only fair if X shuts down their accounts, or at least labels them as state media or propaganda.
