@DoubleTree staying at DoubleTree Hilton Almaty and honestly disappointed. No bellboy available at 7:30 PM, had to carry all luggage myself with two kids. Even worse, front desk staff were laughing/making jokes when I raised it. Not the hospitality I expected #CustomerExperience

@passportsevamea I have applied passport for my kids and wife on 27th aug 2024, police verification also done a month back. And still passport is not delivered to me. Online status shows police verification pending. How much more do we need to wait. @MEAIndia
