Two newly minted 2025 coins (Harry Potter series, Tracking ID: EI008739150NL) have been wrongly classified as “Antique” by ASI and held since 25.03.2025 without any notice or opportunity to respond.
Additionally, another shipment of 12 coins (Tracking ID: CA947744981NL) is held by Customs since 02.01.2026 without intimation.
These are modern collectible coins (value <$217), legally purchased.
Kindly clarify the procedure and release the consignments.

This is Dr.Parimohan Varshney having hobby of numismatics and had ordered number of newly minted coins from abroad since 2024. In 2024 I had received 02 coins through royal Dutch Mint and The Power Point website. However, since 25.03.2025 Two (02)coins are stuck in Indian Post (tracking Id EI008739150NL) .On enquiry it is learnt that ASI has categorized them in Antique, despite being minted in 2025 for Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets . Since then I have not given any show cause or notice so that I could submit my explanation.
In addition to it, once again Customs has put my new courier on hold ,having 12 coins ( tracking id CA947744981NL) since 02.01.2026 without any intimation.I would like to submit here that I am a law abiding citizen and there is nothing wrong in purchasing such coins from outside. They are of not more than $ 217 .
Kindly let me know the procedure to be followed so that coins could be released.

• Call recordings
• 8 service reports
• WhatsApp updates
• Emails
• Contradictory diagnoses
• Wrongful case closure
All proving the issue is still unresolved.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, if a defect continues after multiple repairs, the company must provide a replacement or refund. Refusing this is deficiency in service + unfair trade practice.
Today, Samsung emailed me saying:
“We cannot cater a request for full refund or replacement.”
This is shocking after 8 failed repairs and major faults still unresolved.
For 2 months, I’ve faced repeated failures, broken commitments, observation-period failures, and constant follow-ups. Each visit confirmed the defect persists.
@SamsungIndia This is a shocking experience. My refrigerator (RS72R50112C/TL) has undergone 8 service visits, major part replacements, conflicting diagnoses — yet it STILL doesn’t work.
