But honestly, I have heard critics of this method of testing and they do have merit.

But with the sheer amount of people showing up and minuscule seats, any method of testing will automatically assume arbitrariness.

Well, I believe writing is still the best method to test someone, put them in a tough spot with a timer and it'll show you who they really are. It's a stress test of sorts that prepares you for the job.

Also one needs to take into different "Bharat's" that reside in Bharat.
