@flipkartsupport It seems like we have made a grave mistake by ordering an AC from Flipkart.Received defective product,there have been three technician visits and contacting customer care,requesting replacement or raising internal escalation,everything seems to fall on deaf ears.

May 8: technician came, couldn't resolve, took 15 min video and said he will approve replacement request, demanded 1500, for visit, money was denied since issue was not addressed.

@flipkartsupport May 8- 11: multiple calls to customer care, (all duly recorded), customer care said their system is not showing technician visit already done.
May 11: replacement request was denied without any explanation
May 11: another replacement issue was raised again
