Because purity testing is so ubiquitous and necessary to ideological groups, you're critique is ultimately vague. Any ideological standard a group demands can be called purity testing! Purity testing occurs whenever a demand is made that people who wish to be part of a group meet certain ideological criterias. Nothing you said refutes this. Unless you believe different "races" have genetically different psychological traits, you've got to concede some form of social disparity is at play when they're underrepresented.
