From a beautiful modern estate in Uxbridge to a cottage that is accessible only by boat in Kawartha Lakes, to filming agent intros on horseback in Hampton Clarington, itβs was a pretty exciting day of capturing real estate listings!
@creatorpascal Another Pascal! Sending this to Grok to read out loud. For the lazy ones asking for bullet points. Simply copy link > Grok app > Click Speak > paste article and as to read out loud
@adiix_official This is pretty cool. I photograph/video/drone over 1,000 homes per year and the current industry zeitgeist is the expectation that agents will be giving their seller clients professional photos, video. As well as marketing expertise, staging, timing the market and negotiation.
@jamiljivani Hard working common folk keeping this country together are getting stronger and will back common sense while the loud minority will eventually lose.
@BenjaminDEKR@imPenny2x I agree with you. Way I see it, after so many people publicly mock Elon, itβs better to have thousands of robots, self driving cars and people who care about his vision and let negative people fall behind if they donβt care.
@elonmusk Did a loading phase of 20g/day for week 1, then 10g/day onwards. After about 2 months now definitely seeing a noticeable mental energy boost.
@JasperEllens@DJIGlobal Furthermore, I really wish the Mavic 4 Pro didnβt have the crazy swirling axis and had better true vertical shooting. Too limited and will definitely update my primary drone if they come out with a different version.
@TailosiveEV@SawyerMerritt@itskyleconner 100% agree, it seems everyone is pretty split between people that want a steering, and other who donβt with good reason for each case. I hope they make one with a steering wheel.
@DriveTeslaca The reality is many people still need to drive around themselves for work. I average 50-60k kmβs per year driving around my area capturing real estate listings. Iβm on a time limit too and canβt wait 5-10 mins for a cyber cab to scoot me around town. I need a personal vehicle.
