Kona 🇺🇸 When a curl forms like that in Kahalu'u Bay, which is quite often, the water depth where he's at right now is about 3 feet. Dipping beneath the curl will lift you and keep you elevated while rapidly carrying you almost back to shore (a long ways away) ~ where you must get footing or you're going right back out!

And he's way out there, from shore he looks like a small dot.

Foot and hand protection required.

General Motors’ U.S. sales fell for the fourth consecutive quarter, weighed down by sharply weaker demand for its electric vehicles even as deliveries of light-duty pickups and small crossovers remained robust.

GM said it sold 670,974 vehicles in the U.S. in the third quarter, down 5.5 percent from a year earlier.

Sales declined 4.6 percent for Chevrolet and 4.7 percent for GMC, while Buick sales rose 7.9 percent, snapping a yearlong skid for the brand.

Cadillac sales plunged 30 percent. The EV-heavy luxury brand’s results were dragged down by significantly lower demand for EVs following the end of federal consumer incentives last fall, as well as the phaseout of gasoline-powered nameplates such as the XT6 and CT4.

The fact that this is a real stat shows you just how bad scouting was under the Sather/Clarke regime for a bit there. Giving away first round picks like a business that was closing down doesn’t help either. #NYR
