@BritishGas Horrendous service! Vulnerable pensioners left without heating and hot water after failing to turn up today. Apparently rebooked for ten days time, not a call or text to let them know! And this happened after apparent routine service from BG engineer! Not acceptable!
@campbellclaret@MattHancock I've been a civil servant since the Major administration. I've seen governments be competent but unlucky. I've seen governments be broadly competent but drop clangers. I've never seen a government so incompetent, error-prone and brazen as this one. An absolute shower of shite.
