Yes, this is a normal bone marrow mast cell! A bit elusive, but look closely within or near spicules, and you'll likely see one. Mast cells have some resemblance to basophils. Check out @KyleBradleyMD's excellent post on how to distinguish the two: https://t.co/G87y6CDvXl
