@SESWater Hey @seswater after todayโs news about @thameswater with @Ofwat ยฃ100m+ fine. I'm starting to wonder if you guys are next to be investigated?
@SuttonCouncil But you and @SESWater also need to start directly reaching out via sms, calls, door knocks. Its day 3 and no water. There are people who are not looking up social media or the internet where all these updates are being posted. @DefraGovUK@MayorofLondon@Ofwat
@SESWater Hi @SESWater your legal obligations is not only the most vulnerable. It is to everyone. Maybe ask @PennonGroup to pump more money into getting it resolved faster and providing more staff and resources on the ground to create a plan during such emergencies @Ofwat@DefraGovUK
@LukeTaylorLD Hi Luke, we are lacking in updates. Whilst the new stations were positive they are only interim steps to ensure we all regain access to water. @SESWater@SuttonCouncil@AgeUKSutton -how are you ensuring those who dont have internet are getting help - SMS? Call? Door to door?
@PathKaizen97441@teresamorgan10@Nigel42@CheamBaptist We are grateful for the kind offer to use the Church however, we need to consider the wider effects of traffic building up in that area of Cheam. We are preparing a 4th bottled water station as soon as we are able. Thank you.

The Local Democracy Reporting Service (LDRS) understands that SES had made plans to set up a water bottle station in Cheam's Nonsuch Park on Monday. However, this plan was reportedly scrapped due to a lack of resources, meaning Cheam residents must travel

@LukeTaylorLD@sarahjgorrell just to clarify there are around 4000 households without water for over 24 hours. Those who have technological and communication disadvantages have no way to communicate. No central heating. Sewage building up. Dehydrated. Its just being ignored.
