Von Meyenberg complexes (bile duct hamartomas) = classic mimic of liver mets on lap & frozens.
• Small, subcapsular, well-circumscribed lesions
• Irregular but bland ductules in dense fibrous stroma
• No atypia, no mitoses
• No infiltrative edge
• Often multiple #GIPath
Amyloid deposition is common in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome, surprisingly so in this recent series. These images are of a Congo red stain, one using polarized light and showing apple green birefringence.

@slusagar Agree… mimics HSIL but that cytoplasmic blue tinge and something else makes me think it’s a neoplastic glandular proliferation . Primary in situ or secondary colonisation from background malignancy .
