@DrewPavlou I think the part about using their own brain + AI affirming their own position + AI being prone to mistakes is pretty reasonable. It’s why I still use AI pretty sparingly, and when I use it for information, I generally check its sources (which often don’t match what AI says)

Personal instincts can be wrong, that’s why it’s evidence that matters

@disco___cat And I recall learning the UK used to have literally thousands of miles more railway lines than today, so villages that used to be on railway lines are now only accessible by car. Seems a backwards step to me

@CoachDanGo Yeah I’m not a video game fan, but I agree it’s probably better than scrolling social media or binge watching tv

But I think the more hours you spend on any of those activities, the more worrying it is

Whereas I probably would not say that about reading or any outdoors activity
