From Public Works: The herbicide treatment for Eurasian Water Milfoil (EWM) was successfully completed at Lone Star Lake this week.
Barricades will be pulled, and water activities allowed to resume Friday morning, Aug. 16.

There has been a bomb threat made to 1100 Massachusetts, the old courthouse. As a precaution the old courthouse and the law enforcement center are being evacuated. We will update here on our Twitter account as information becomes available.

Our community is AMAZING!
Since the Volunteer Reception center opened May 31, there have been an estimated 600 volunteer check-ins (some individuals have volunteered more than once), and they have put in more than 3,000 hours total! 6/7 @ 7:38 PM

BRIDGE WORK UPDATE!
The Queens Road (E1000 Road) bridge is now open to unrestricted traffic.
Beginning Monday, June 3, the bridge carrying N1750 Road over Baldwin Creek will be closed for concrete deck repairs.

DG Co has opened 2 woody debris disposal sites for those who are clearing tree/brush storm debris. These sites are open 8a-5p to residents/contractors helping residents.
