@TPM We didn't elect the EPA to write law, that's Congress job. So yeah we have hostility towards unelected bureacrats like when they designated puddles on private land as protected and unusable under Obama. EPA is supposed to enforce the laws Congress passes. I applaud SCOTUS! 👏

Unlike most responders, I actually read this decision and both Majority & Minority opinions. Congress passes laws & sets standards. Agencies then enforce them. Don't want unelected Agency folks setting standards. Thant's the job of Congress.
