The work of tackling division becomes more urgent - but most urgently, setting a Budget and offering people some sense of leadership.

Hugely positive news to see the A5 ruling, allowing the project to proceed (and its compatible with climate targets).

There can be no more delays and it underlines the need to finally set a multi-year Budget to fund these projects.

A reminder that as of tonight *the entire Executive* will have been in breach of the law for six months by operating without a Budget.

Public services are currently only being funded using contingency powers.
