@CityofYork @PayByPhone_UK No option of resident user on the app, so cost me over 4 x the amount to park than it should. And still the coin not accepted. Who do I contact for a refund?

@O2 no reply on the phone, online and via Twitter. Pathetic customer service. Wouldn’t recommend o2 to anyone.
