@UberEats I placed an order 8 hours before I needed it as I had guests for dinner. You cancelled the order after the delivery window without explanation. Restaurant had made the food! So utterly embarrassing and unacceptable.

@IHGhotels you just cancelled my booking in Cardiff airport as you now have a government booking! You still have rooms in the area and yet I am forced to pay 6 times the price for a room!!! Disgraceful.

What is happening @LloydsPharmacy? Over 25 days now not dealing with our complaint!! And now they won’t respond at all. Clearly the contempt for customers comes from the top.

@LloydsPharmacy utterly disgraceful service today at Fair oak. We had covid tests booked for weeks. Father in law at 86 years old walked there for his test. Told you didn’t have any kits so you couldn’t do it! Told to go to the next village, he was walking!! Utter disgrace.

@LloydsPharmacy Disappointment? There’s more than just disappointment. The lady at fair oak was rude and discourteous. We booked in good faith and yet they didn’t have the product. We thankfully got it resolved but we could have been left unable to travel. This isn’t on.

@marksandspencer why don’t you trust your customers? My sister in law was shopping yesterday with her young daughter. Was refused sale of alcohol as they couldn’t be sure she wasn’t buying it for the daughter??? You’ve lost a sale and a customer!

@marksandspencer I’m sorry but none of that makes sense. The person looking to buy the product looks young for their age but she’s in her 50’s! They didnt challenge the purchasers age. It was the fact she had her daughter with her!
