Little to no accountability is associated with implementation

A shout out to all colleagues in primary care supporting patients with Diabetes. GLP1 shortages requiring treatment changes? Libre App no longer working and need glucometer and test strips? All unplanned and unfunded work not of your making but you seem to be the only solution.
