Very enjoyable weekend at a cold & wintery St Mary’s University Twickenham in London at the @UKSCA Weightlifting for Sports Performance Workshop. A great tutor in Bridgitte Swales, and lovely to meet woth fellow S&C practitioners working in the field across different countries and sports ⚽️

Would highly recommend this workshop for practitioners! Now time for me to go away and work on my Clean & Jerk and the Snatch! 🏋️‍♂️
