@StPancrasInt do you have a customs office to stamp our shopping tax refund form as an office said last night no you haven’t, so what the point of using @GlobalBlueGroup to claim back our tax ??? Please help

@easyJet very disappointed that you have declined my request for flight delay compensation when I took photos 3 hours and 9minutes after our original flight time still on the runway !!! (2 hours 37 mins you claim ??) can’t wait to see what you say about our 25 hour delay now 🤬🤬

@easyJet@TUIGroup supposed to fly this morning from Manchester to Thessaloniki at 6.05am this morning but didn’t take off until 9.14 am not 8.53 as easy jet status applies on the app taken pictures to prove we were still on the ground !!! Is this to prevent a compensation claim
@thetrainline very disappointed to get a notification that we will miss our train at Doncaster to London as our first train from Cleethorpes is delayed so we cancelled our taxi , driven to Doncaster to find our train wasn’t delayed, thanks for a great start to our day !!!!
@thetrainline thanks for the notification of our train being delayed from Cleethorpes to Doncaster causing us to miss our connecting train to London ,so cancelled our taxi drove to Doncaster extra parking costs only to find that the train left on time from Cleethorpes!!!! Thanks
