Berrada was said to believe Wilcox could be #mufc answer to Txiki Begiristain at Man City, as an executive who would watch training regularly and take the temperature of the squad and coaches.

Many people in football believe Wilcox’s relationship with Berrada was the KEY factor behind him getting a job at United in the first place.
