I'd like to know what NASA is doing behind the scenes, as there appears to be a great shortage of real engineers and scientists educated in the hard-sciences NOT graduating from colleges and universities.

All agencies of gov't appear to be very Top-heavy in administrative positions, but not so much brainpower stepping up to the plate.

Animal proteins and fats are biologically and nutritionally appropriate foods for cats and dogs of all ages and are the proper nutritional requirements of obligate carnivores. Those canines in cats and dogs are designed for the purpose of ripping and tearing of flesh, exhibiting no lateral movements of the jaw(ie, no chewing, but swallowing).
