Dont think #Budget2025 has a -ve impact on #L&T. All time high order flows so far in 9mFY25, despite muted capex from govt. L&T is a large diversified infra company hence better placed than smaller EPC names.

Historically we hv seen SEBI appointing forensic auditors in comps like Sunpharma & Suzlon. Eventually both turned out to be large wealth creators. For a similar audit on #TARC - one shouldn’t jump to conclude that there are corp gov issues.

If "mkt coupling" can happen in power exchanges, then Y cant it happen for equity/ comdty exchanges?
Then hypothetically #MCX #BSE #NSE are in the same boat as #IEX
IMHO if exchanges are functioning efficiently, then mkt coupling doesnt bring much benefit, only mcap destruction
