Yes National Rail carries some responsibility but we all know @chilternrailway could be doing more. However that would mean spending money and doing some actual work. "We need more rolling stock", "we're negotiating etc" this has been the same line for too long. @CustomersofCR

People, stop giving money to @chilternrailway Constant delays, cancellations, no air-conditioning, short formed trains, broken toilets and the same old excuses. The more of you who refuse to give them your hard earned money will force a change. @CustomersofCR

No doubt the people in charge are taking far more money in their annual salaries and bonus payments than they deserve, yet they continue to treat people with utter contempt. The price is outrageous and the conditions on the trains are appalling.

@JLS077 @neilmsteptoe @chilternrailway If you have a few mins, email your MP and ask to raise with Minister. The Chiltern route has 46 less train carriages since pre-pandemic and what's left is old/unreliable. Since 2021 when the DfT took control, they get all the ticket money, but have failed to fund new/extra trains
