Children need sleep. It is common sense.
Waking up your children at 4 am to go to school is ignorance.
Pre-teens (9 to 12 years old) should be asleep by 9 pm and wake up at 6 am.
Early schoolers (5 to 8 years old) should be asleep by 8 pm and wake up at 6 am.
Preschoolers (3 to 5 years old) should be asleep by 8 pm and wake up at 7 am.
Toddlers should sleep. They should not go to any school or day care.
Children must all take a 30-minute to 1-hour afternoon nap.
Sleep is necessary for brain development, hormonal health and mental hygiene.
We are raising human beings, not robots.

Your job, title, and influence are not part of your family succession plan.
Your children cannot inherit them.
They can only enjoy the privileges as long as you live.
But they can inherit whatever forms part of your estate.
These are income and growth assets like land, machinery, bonds, stocks, cash in bank, MMF, etc.
~Get a job, increase earnings over time.
~Build a 3-6 month emergency fund.
~Have medical and life insurance.
~Enroll in a retirement fund.
~Invest the rest as follows,
✓money needed under 5 years put in an MMF or special funds.
✓money needed over 5 years put in dividend stocks, or treasury bonds.
~Make plans for home ownership.

Plugging The Deficit In Your Budget
1. Separate your savings from your spending money. If everything stays in one account, you will spend it without knowing.
2. Don’t save where you can easily withdraw. Remove ATM card, remove the app. Out of sight, out of mind.
3. Reduce impulsive spending. Before you buy anything, wait 72 hours. Most times, you’ll realize you don’t need it.
4. Track your small expenses. Data, airtime, giveaways, etc. These "tiny" things finish money fast. Always collect your change.
5. Don’t live above your income. Cut your coat according to your pocket. Social media is not real life.
6. Have another source of income. In this economy, one income is not enough to save consistently.
7. Use cash for everyday purchases. Virtual transfers make you overspend. Cash helps you stick to your budget.
8. Set a monthly savings target. Your mind works better when you have a fixed number to hit.
9. Cancel subscriptions you don't use often. Netflix, DStv, Showmax, Spotify, etc. Pick one if you must.
10. Get an accountability partner. Having someone check on your progress makes saving 10X easier.

Your ideas never become successful because you spend so much energy talking about them.
Before you start, you are already telling us about another one, and before you even begin, you are already telling us about the next one.
Why do you share your deepest vision with those who have built nothing?
You lack purpose, focus and intent.
You spill the seeds even before the soil is ready.
When you boast of vision not yet built, you scatter your energy like chaff in the wind.
The more you talk, the less energy you will have to execute your ideas.
Premature announcements expose your plans to the winds of criticism, discouragement, and jealousy.
Silence of your vision is not weakness; it is wisdom.
Seal your mouth when the idea is still forming in the womb of your vision.
Your goal is not to impress but to become.
Your aim is not to declare but to build.
Don't expose your ideas to the wind.
Success, like a seed, grows silently beneath the soil.
Be silent.
Work in silence!

Men,
A man's life philosophy
- Discipline
- Order
- Competence
Have a vision. Create a mission. Break your mission into smaller plans. Stick to these plans.
Attract the right network of men around you. Remain focused.
Be ruthless while at it.

Men,
SELF-DISCIPLINE is the weapon you use to cut through the bulshit in life,
He who pursues pleasure in
• Food
• Sex
• Comfort
— has not yet mastered the template of becoming a MAN.
SELF-DISCIPLINE is the foundation of a man's personal culture.

Women leadership is chaotic, egotistical, and disastrous.
I keep telling you women leadership is disastrous.
It is driven by anger, emotions, and triggers.
They lack compassion, logic, or understanding.
They are chaotic.
The feminists who make noise here on social media are even the worst if you elect them.
Just see how they mistreat their guards and housemaids.
Or, just observe female bosses how they terrorize female juniors in offices.
But when I tell you, — You call me a misogynist.
Seen how the so-called "DEI" (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion) is destroying companies like EABL?
Never elect women in influential positions. These positions require sobriety in the allocation of state privileges and resources.
