What's the reason behind so many trees being removed by @networkrail rail in DE21 (Little Eaton). The utter devastation to local birds, other wildlife, increased noise and air pollution to local residents and more surface water in a field that is prone to flooding!!!!

@EnvAgency @EnvAgencyMids Although we haven't had any flood warnings come through like others I'd say the increase in water here in DE21 Little Eaton is pretty significant. Few houses are very close to the fields. Pics from end of our garden #floods #StormDennis

Waaahhhhhh..... help @thebodycoach. I've ruptured my achilles and after getting some fab results following lean in 15 and HIIT workouts, I'm gutted. Lost a stone in weight and so many inches.... and now this. Need some non weight bearing HIIT workouts... to keep me on track
