@Uber @Uber_Support I appreciate the tube strike and traffic was horrendous, already accepted I would need to pay over odds to get to work when quoted £36 for journey (normally £12-15). To receive invoice for £69.47 is outrageous.

For the record, the GPs, nurses and support staff at The Herne Hill Group Practice have done, and continue to do a superb job through the pandemic. They have always been available. Feeling the need to big up the brilliant work of an arm of the NHS feels bizarre, but here we are.

Exactly. There seems to be an expectation that any patient who wants a f2f appt will be seen immediately….people seem to have forgotten of the long waits for a prebooked appt pre-pandemic. Triage systems allow us to see pts who need an appt v quickly with minimal or no wait time

With 800 phone calls a day, what will GPs do the other 22 days of the month?
