@Uber@Uber_Support I appreciate the tube strike and traffic was horrendous, already accepted I would need to pay over odds to get to work when quoted £36 for journey (normally £12-15). To receive invoice for £69.47 is outrageous.
Rest assured, I will never use Uber again. 3/3
@Uber@Uber_Support I am raising a complaint against the exorbitant charge made for a journey of 5.7 miles between my home and NHS workplace yesterday morning. 2/3
@Uber@Uber_Support your website is impossibly dense with no obvious link to a contact us or support form. Leaves me no choice but to post my complaint via Twitter:

The world has changed on energy bills so policy will have to too. We can wake up to that reality now or later, but either way we’ll be in a very different phase of this crisis policy wise by Christmas. A thread.
“Mark Simmonds, director of policy at the British Ports Association has said #Brexit is responsible for delays at Dover, just hours after Liz Truss blamed the French authorities.” Independent. Who would know the truth - guy responsible for the ports, or @trussliz ? #ToryLies
If you can kindly look into and explain why we have gone from separating our food/recycling/waste into chucking our food/waste in a bin liner, putting our recycling in plastic bags, and slinging the whole lot into a big pile on the market street? Doesn’t seem very #eco2022
@stellacreasy we have woken up this morning to our bins (inc the food waste bin we spent MONTHS fighting for) being taken away without (literally) any warning… I can only presume this is some sort of mistake (+/- joke perhaps?)… kind regards, (very) disgruntled E17 resident
Last chance to drop-in to our #FluClinic for all those who are #deaf or have a #disabilty and are living in #TowerHamlets.

293 Covid deaths today.
Or one fifth of the total no. of road traffic fatalities in an entire *year*.
Yet we have seat belts, speed limits, drink driving laws etc.
I want to know why @10DowningStreet seemingly doesn’t give a damn about Covid deaths.
RT if you do too.
Our local GPs @THGPCareGroup have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic supporting the community. They have adapted their services and reached out during the pandemic. Now is a time to say thank you #ThankYouGPDay
For the record, the GPs, nurses and support staff at The Herne Hill Group Practice have done, and continue to do a superb job through the pandemic. They have always been available. Feeling the need to big up the brilliant work of an arm of the NHS feels bizarre, but here we are.
Exactly. There seems to be an expectation that any patient who wants a f2f appt will be seen immediately….people seem to have forgotten of the long waits for a prebooked appt pre-pandemic. Triage systems allow us to see pts who need an appt v quickly with minimal or no wait time
‘But for @sajidjavid to encourage the public to approach surgeries with an enhanced sense of entitlement, and insist on their right to a particular service, is irresponsible….’ The abuse & complaints we get will only increase #GP#GPCrisis https://t.co/8T1r1CGTRp
£250m ...
Over 6,822 GP practices = £36,646
Over 6 months of 'winter'= £6107.6 / month
= 1 locum GP for ~8 days per month
With 800 phone calls a day, what will GPs do the other 22 days of the month?
(If there are even close to that number of locum GPs available)
