@British_Airways Why don’t you do something to correct the problem? More staff answering more phones? More choices on website so don’t need to phone to say send money back when YOU cancelled our flights with no alternative? Many options but you continue to ignore your customers!!

@easyJet please can you tell me can I change the destination, date and names on flight booked? Do I need to go thru change process twice to do this? Can I change flight again once changed if unable to go? I am flight club member but unable to get thru to as this question.

@grantshapps I don’t understand why people are allowed to fly in from Belfast and presumably other places when we are in lockdown and are being told not to drive even a few miles to distance visit or walk somewhere else. What is the logic? How can this be correct?

We are over 70 and in total isolation apart from going out for a walk everyday when we avoid other walkers, after 14 or 21 days would it then be safe to see other friends in our homes who have done the same degree of isolation?#BBCYourQuestions

@waitrose cannot get on your website. Normally shop I store 2-3 times a week. Now in isolation and can’t get a delivery. Question: if I manage to get on site can I get a collect order that you would put in my boot without contact. Perhaps with phone call or how do you sugges

@BBC in light of the fact we’re asked to self isolate to protect NHS why don’t they test NHS and care workers immediately they or the people they live with have symptoms so that if they are negative they and their family can go back to work.

@British_Airways BA texted to cancel our 19/3 flight last Monday but the number you give to deal with this cuts off as too busy!! We booked hotel &return flight. Would like refund how do we let you know. Also have several other holidays booked with you to discuss.
