So I’m trying to contact @SkyUK and online doesn’t have the answer so I call and the automated woman directs me online, online asks me to call, I call and it directs me online!!! What happened to speaking to a human being?? Absolutely #useless!!!!!

Taking to Twitter as @GoProUK are otherwise impossible to contact!! Second Bike mount has broken for no reason at all sending the #gopro flying into the path of cars! I thought #gopro were meant for sport?? #nopro

So my partner bought a @GoPro bike mount for his #hero7 2mnths ago from @amazon Yday the mount snapped clean away from the fixing whilst riding causing the camera to fall off and be hit by a car and now isn’t working anymore. Can’t seem to get in touch with either company now 🤷🏻‍♀️
