Finra- the short position will be in the private company NBH
Finra- U3 was to protect retail investors
Finra- a trade on the 9th or -12 could not settle by Close of business on the 14th

The delisted MMTLP ticker in Webull showed 8 institutions still held shares when updated 10/31/22. Very odd no 11/30 update. If these institutions decreased their shares before the U3 halt#, would there be a public record to find out? Curious 🧐

@StatusPlay7 Thanking one of the reps that voted against the short sale transparency act doesn’t seem right! He protects the hedges just like the SEC. I like politicians that are not blowing smoke for partisan reasons but truly want to do their job and protect retail from market predators!
