"You cannot understand China if you refuse to listen to what China actually says about itself." That was entrepreneur and China watcher Arnaud Bertrand's @RnaudBertrand response to mainstream Western narratives on China in his review of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China.
The Communist Party of China reaching its 105th anniversary today draws greater attention to the importance of this message. A century and five years of revolution, reform, and resilience — a journey that deserves to be understood, not reduced to stereotypes.
At this milestone, the most honest way to engage with China is not to assume hidden agendas, but to listen to what it says about its own path, its own struggles, and its own vision. That is where real understanding begins. https://t.co/2jVxb8IlcN
The best way to kick off Disability Pride Month! I was featured in @Forbes alongside nine incredible impactful disabled leaders who are making a real impact in within both the disability community and in the world.
I truly appreciate Keely Cat-Wells for creating such a beautiful piece. She consistently works to make sure disabled voices are heard and that we are seen, and that means so much to me especially as a Black disabled woman.
I'm grateful to be recognized for my journey as a disability advocate and leader. This work has allowed me to not only make an impact and uplift the voices of the disability community, especially the Black disabled community, but also to fully embrace what disability pride means. For me, that looks like stepping into who I am, fully accepting myself, and taking pride in my identity as a disabled person. That's mostly why I am "Your Favorite Disabled Hottie"💕♿️
I'm excited for this Disability Pride Month and look forward to seeing so many disabled people boldly embrace their identity, connect with community, and continue showing the world that we are here, we belong be apart of society, and we deserve to exist fully.

The re-racialization of Jews as European as a result of the European Jewish Zionist project created the strange & historically ironic consequence of Zionism becoming highest expression of white supremacy, which explains how it was able to execute a genocide & get away with it! https://t.co/zcbkoHeQAk
You're "just not that into politics?" Your boss is. Your landlord is. Your insurance company is. And every day they use their political power to keep your pay low, raise your rent, and deny you coverage.
It’s time to get into politics.

There is nothing we can write that is more powerful than the words of the people who rely on The Sameer Project's Tawbah Medical Clinic in Jabalia. Support now: https://t.co/LLwKJegeB1
Near the yellow-line, where healthcare has all but disappeared, this clinic is often the only place left for families to receive treatment. Every day, our doctors, nurses, and medical staff care for patients who have nowhere else to turn.
Listen to what they say: not about us, but about what this clinic means to their lives.
One patient says that helping keep this clinic open is a better way to spend money than going on pilgrimage because it saves the lives of your fellow Muslims, your fellow human beings. Those are their words, born from the reality they live every single day. Knowing there is a place to turn for treatment is the difference between suffering and relief, between deterioration and recovery, sometimes between life and death.
This clinic exists because people around the world choose to stand with Gaza. Your donation keeps its doors open, its shelves stocked with medication, and its medical team ready to treat the next patient who walks through the door. This is an expensive but necessary endeavor - costing about $2,100 per day for the medication alone.
No large relief organizations are supporting this area. Donate to our Medical Campaign to provide care in Jabalia: https://t.co/LLwKJegeB1

And the 1st troll is located *in* Venezuela. I checked. Feel so bad for Afro Venezuelans dealing w/those racist scum. There’s so many Black ppl in Venezuela yall..it was a culture shock for me😳 and the opposition call Delcy a 🐒 just bc she’s darker skinned. It’s sad..
I have a Venezuelan man calling me the n word in my DM’s right now. Should I listen to him as an objective source of the conditions facing his country? 🧐😩No. I don’t think I will lol
Hi. As an anti-imperialist, I don’t use one’s nationality alone as a substitute for materialist analysis. Your take is no more authoritative than Doral Venezuelans who cheer U.S. bombs. If sanctions are no obstacle to disaster response, why did the U.S. Treasury have to issue a specific license authorizing some transactions related to Venezuela’s humanitarian + disaster relief efforts? Almost like sanctions severely weaken a state’s disaster response capacity😱
I am still holding on to my dream of rebuilding my life after everything my family and I have endured in Gaza. My goal is not only to complete my master's degree, but also to support my family of 11 and give us a chance to start again.
The funds raised through this campaign will go DIRECTLY toward the essential academic and living expenses required for my studies and visa process.
Please don't let me lose this opportunity I've worked so hard for; we're already HALFWAY THERE.
Every donation, every share, every quote, and every prayer means the world to me. Thank you for standing by my side and giving me hope.

Gaza’s people deserve the chance to rebuild their futures after everything they’ve faced.
Please support @DrAsmaOfficial—time is short, and even a small donation gets her closer to her dream 🙏🏻

Please don't forget about Rola & Duaa. For almost 3 years, they endured the horrors of genocide, bearing unbearable suffering like displacement and the loss of loved ones. They're only asking for basic needs that every human deserves.

JEFFREY SACHS: IF YOU HAVE A US MILITARY BASE, YOU'RE NOT A SOVEREIGN COUNTRY
World renowned economic and policy analyst Jeffrey Sachs says there is a basic proposition in the world of geopolitics: if you host a US base, you ultimately do not have sovereignty.
The US has nearly 800 overseas military bases in 80 countries.
Sachs makes the point that 80 years after WWII, countries like Germany and Japan still host US military bases, and have lost their ability to criticise Washington, or even point out basic truths about international relations at forums like the UN.
Sachs also appealed to India not to join the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue, which is an informal strategic partnership between India, Australia, Japan and the US. He warns that this alliance is another form of US imperialism and that India certainly had enough from its own long and bitter experience with British colonialism.
