Saw this on someone I follows Instagram story from this morning.
People queuing to get to the top of Snowdon.
This will make race day much more interesting 🤣 @UTSnowdonia
My friend Gary McKee is fundraising for Gary McKee’s Three Six Five Challenge - Macmillan Cancer Support and Hospice at Home West Cumbria. Check out their @JustGiving page and please donate if you can. Thank you! #JustGiving https://t.co/6K8JtEohYo
Two incredibly worrying signs sent to me this weekend.
1. Extent of blue green algal bloom on Windermere taken from a helicopter
2. Fish clearly in distress amongst blue green algae.
I believe it’s too little too late for Windermere. We are watching the death of the lake.
⛔️ WINDERMERE LAKE IS DYING ⛔️
Blue green algal bloom could be toxic to both you and your pets. STAY OUT of Windermere.
This is going to get worse as SEWAGE still discharges for over 5000+ hours year on year, ALL going into Windermere.

Told an old friend, who’s a QAnon type, that i got the vaccine, and he said this. I think I won the conspiracy theory bingo from this one comment. What do y’all think?
Welcome to #windermere
This is Cunsey beck one of the tributaries that runs into the lake
I’m not joking when I say HUNDREDS of fish have been killed by a pollution event, all of which is running into Englands largest lake
The worst is yet to come⬇️
