@RannikkoAntti At the same time those w GG2 and a visible MRI lesion (PI-RADS 4-5) are at a higher risk of aggressive pathology on radical prostatectomy specimen. So are they good candidates for AS? 🤷‍♂️ These patients are not always easy to counsel

@piet_ost @dr_coops Reported Urinary leakage depends on definition and how ptt are asked. 1. In SPCG4 (NEJM 2002) it was 49% (80 of 164) w leakage at least once a week. Suprisingly 21% in the WW group reported leakage. 2.Only ~ 50% in both arms responded - response bias?3. RP was new in Scandinavia
