Flew it yesterday (a few hours AFTER the incident) and have flown it countless times over my 27 years flying into EWR. At least a few times this year!

Yes, it’s a bit tricky.
Yes, you have to be on your game.

No- it is not (inherently) dangerous but you CAN NOT go low!

This crew did not wake up and say “Hay, let’s F up and do this~”. Let’s give the system the time to figure out what led to this. Thankfully no one was killed.
