@cmsinvests Math is not my strong point, but I do have a mortgage at 2.9 %. I was under the impression that the balance owed was actually a debt. If I refinanced and borrowed 150000k my interest payments would go up to 6 percent on the whole balance. Making my mortgage payment impossible.
