@shyamfoxface Yeah, but that’s just the easy part. 😄 The hard part is finding the oil & drilling the well. And yes, oil-rich countries definitely have an edge when it comes to the hard part. 🙂

@shyamfoxface Yeah, that’s a sucker-rod pump. Think of it like a giant hand pump for oil wells - the up and down motion keeps the oil flowing. It looks fully automatic, but there’s still a lot of maintenance and manpower behind the scenes. 🙂

Adani Lounge Ahmedabad fiasco 🤦‍♂️

The reception handling at the lounge was extremely rude and completely unclear about their own access rules.

To some passengers they were saying lounge entry is allowed only through the Adani App and not via offline card swipe. Meanwhile, for others, they were happily swiping cards offline.

When questioned, nobody had a proper answer. After 5–7 minutes of unnecessary debate, they eventually allowed offline access anyway — the exact thing they initially denied.

Honestly, the entire experience killed the mood so much that I dropped the idea of entering the lounge itself.

If the reception experience is this chaotic, one wonders what to expect inside.
