To learn faster, have a stake in the outcome. If you want to learn cooking, host a dinner party. If you want to learn investing, buy a few stocks. If you want to learn about an idea, write about it in public.

Eyes tired? Headache? Eyebag sag? Ask: how much of your waking time each day is spent looking at things further than 10ft away?
Chances are you’re forcing your visual system, eye & face muscles, to fatigue by close viewing.
Look into the distance (>20ft)
>90 min per day.
If you wait until you feel ready to take on a new challenge, you might never pursue it at all.
Few people wake up suddenly feeling prepared to lead or create. They become prepared by taking the leap anyway.
Our greatest regrets are not our failures, but our failures to try.
