Two family members this has happened to. One was a huge buck in a medium sized city into the side of a Yukon and did over $7K in damage. Another family member just had one from the side but under $400 damage as it tucked and rolled a bit. Literally out of nowhere. Here is earlier this year on v14.2.2.5.

Eat more protein - it's true and not just some fad especially as one gets older. Second, start a weight training program to build and maintain muscle - muscle IS medicine for so many reasons again especially as one gets older. And not just light weights - you need to build muscle. Look up Starting Strength and don't be afraid to start especially if it is new to you and you are in a "detrained". Everyone starts from somewhere. Do the basic compound exercises - squat, bench, overhead press, deadlift and rows. After a few months you will feel 10+ years younger. Walking is good for metabolic health & weight management but it doesn't address muscle mass. You need both.

Then why are you going through this again? Engagement trolling??? No one is saying HW4.5 ( / HW4.1 / HW4+ ) is in customer cars - literally NO ONE. The issue is CYBERCABS (not Y's in the Robotaxi fleet, etc). And NO ONE is saying these new computers (essentially modified HW4 computers) are in VOLUME production.
