When your labor is purely a projection of a desire to consume, you will find homeostasis as a well-fed slave.
When your labor is purely a projection of a desire to control, you will find homeostasis as a well-paid slaver.
When our labor is purely a projection of a desire for power, we will find homeostasis as a productive slave plantation.
You cannot put this injustice at the feet of capitalism and free markets. The only goal of those systems are growth and homeostasis.
Ultimately, the society created by capitalism and free markets is reflective of whatever values are orienting the actions of individuals.
But of course if you don't believe there is any narrative more fundamental than power dynamics (as so many of our so-called 'elites' insist) a productive slave plantation is clearly the only future worth investing in.
@ChristisKing123 He’s clearly highlighting that men developing the strength to inspire submission is primary. But divorcing over abuse that you don’t have the strength to prevent is also valid which he specifies quite clearly elsewhere in the interview which you’d know if you just watched it all.
@ChristisKing123 The lack of that power is technically ‘fault’ that technically can be overcome by spiritual perfection, but you’re implying that women’s behavior isn’t judged and men are supposed to suffer abusive relationships. That isn’t true. He could have said the same, inversing the gender.
Islamic preacher: “When Muslims become the majority in the West in the next 40 years, non‑Muslims will have to convert, pay the jizya, or be killed, because Sharia will rule.”
Is the message clear, or do they need to spell it out?
@ginandjuniper The whole scheme depends on people being worried about seeming obnoxious (which in this case just means ‘assertive’). In a community more attached to peace and quiet than to virtue, liars and schemers thrive. Anybody who calls it out will be labeled as a ‘disturber of the peace’.
I want to be really clear in my response. I am not going to retract anything, I stand by every single word. Labour are calling for me to apologise. The answer is no.
Industrial rape across almost every town and city in Britain.
Sexual torture. Murder. Endless rape.
I sat there for two weeks, listening to these girls.
I heard how one girl was raped by a dog, as Muslim men bet on what the animal would do.
Girls drugged and locked in cages, like rats.
Another, raped by 700 men over three years.
Dozens and dozens of these stories through our inquiry, and we are barely scratching the surface.
This was allowed to happen EXACTLY because politicians were cowards, refusing to discuss it.
I will not make that same mistake. I said what I said, and I meant it.
The Labour Party have blood on their hands, yet they think they can demand an apology from me for highlighting the systemic evil they allowed to infect our entire country?
They can piss off.
I am angry about it. Furious. When you hear directly from these girls about what they have been through, it changes the way you see politics. Forever.
Our report will be out very soon.
When that happens, I don’t want any apologies from the Labour Party. I don’t care about that.
I want to see those politicians responsible for covering up this atrocity behind bars for what they have done to these girls.
@ConceptualJames Where's the home for people who have no allegiance to either group of religious zealots that rape and kill their enemies and want to conquer the whole world?
@NWBroJaneway The prequels are so good you can indulge in the comedy of their criticism and they remain resiliently impressive when you actually watch them.
Let me trace the timeline here because nobody's connecting it.
Step 1: Scrape the entire internet. Every book, every article, every conversation, every piece of art, every forum post. Do it without asking. Do it without paying.
Step 2: Train a model on all of it. Call it "artificial intelligence."
Step 3: Go to BlackRock's Infrastructure Summit and announce: "We see a future where intelligence is a utility, like electricity or water, and people buy it from us on a meter."
Step 3 is where you sell people's own knowledge back to them. On a meter.
They took the collective output of human thought, compressed it into a model, and now they want to charge you by the token to access a version of what you and everyone you know already created.
One Reddit user put it perfectly: "They stole all this data from us, the people, our life's work, creativity, art, by devouring the internet and blowing through all copyright laws. Now they want to sell it back to us in the form of a utility."
Imagine if someone photocopied every book in the public library, burned the library down, and then opened a subscription service for the copies.
That's the metered intelligence business model.
And they're pitching it to infrastructure investors as though they invented water.
@capsulebutt Women's power to petrify men is as good or evil as how it's used. Like a gun. Men who have been abused by that power (or judged by it) and women who have used that power in self-defense (or out of malice) naturally have different emotional responses but it's just a form of power.
