It seems bafflingly poor that the Railcard website continues to encourage you to purchase digital railcards that its broken systems don't let you use, because you can't set them up on your phone. @_Railcards

Since systems can't download code for my NW railcard renewed today, @_Railcards customer support cancelled my renewal, asking me to purchase plastic card at station. Will I be able to transfer this to digital if you ever mend your systems later?
