@Bell_Support Support agent said a tech wasn’t even dispatched to the area until today and wasn’t able to fix the problem. Another tech is scheduled to come to the area 8am-5pm tomorrow! No guarantee it will even get fixed. Why isn’t bell sending someone now?! People work from home you know!

My @bell internet service has been down for over 24 hours. This morning I was told it would be resolved by 1 pm today. Then 6 pm today. Now 5 pm tomorrow! Online outage tool not working. No notifications from @bell_support @CP24 what gives?
