The genuine glee the two guests got from their constant and repetitive digs, criticism and disruption was utterly grim to watch. And the BBC allowed it

@British_Airways booked BKK PremEco flight with cash & upgraded to bus with avios.Flight cancelled & BA won't reroute me to codeshare Qatar flight in any class simply bec I upgraded using avios on original ticket.Aren't you obliged to offer me another flight if available?

@British_Airways Think it is a process that doesn't work.I was offered Qatar flights online to rebook but it failed online, hence I called.The agent said it was bec the booking had an avios upgrade and @qatarairways won't accept this from BA for rebook so my only option is a voucher. 1/2

@EFI250 @vueling They will never refund you, because they will never answer their phone or offer refund functionality online/via email. They don't want to give you the money back. What they are doing is illegal. I've been trying for over 2 months. Im going to dispute the trans with my credit card

@GWRHelp It was busy because you halved the train from the usual 10 to 5 carriages & for a second day, resulting in over crowding and unsafe conditions. Everyone lost their seat reservations, and (obviously) 50% of customers had to stand or sit in the gang ways.

@GWRHelp @GWRHelp First class, GWR style. I'm fortunate to have a seat. (Unmonitored) Over crowding and unsafe (for a second day). Aisles rammed with people standing / on the floor, in/on luggage racks and sat on the tables.

@iconvey I instructed you for basic coveyancing and was charged an initial fee over the phone via credit card, which I was told would come of the Solicitors fee. Is this correct or is this a referral fee? The solicitor has not taken it off their fee.
