The driver started reversing without due care for others around. But you don't seem to recognise that.

@WillHayCardiff It's just Mr Davis being a simple opportunist an an attempt to get the vote of the unthinking. The reality is spending money on sights is likely to save the NHS lots in reduced RTA impacts. Providing certain politicians don't effectively endorse speeding in their opposition.

Exiting a moving vehicle is not a normal activity, Tom Cruise excepted...back cabs have a lock which engages when moving, private hired not.
