@ATTHelp the person assigned to our case just said their shift is over, they haven’t heard back, and they will pick up on TUESDAY when they return. Again, this is a 91yo that has no easy way to contact help without his landline. Surely you see why Tuesday is not acceptable.
@ATT My elderly father has not had LANDLINE service for several days. This is a safety issue. CustSvc was unable to find account—finally resolved, when transferred to “her colleague” I was disconnected and the office was closed. Pls get me to the right person-we need a tech
